This song was written mostly in one night, but took me close to 2 years arrange and get to performance level.

In 2016 I competed in my first guitar competition, the Canadian Fingerstyle Guitar competition. I played this song and it helped me get to the final round, where I placed 4th. I went back in 2017 and played it again as my final piece and it helped me get 3rd. Some of the other finalists were R.D. King (1st) from USA, Gints Smukais (2nd) from Latvia, and Ali Deniz Kardelen (4th) from Turkey.
